Ingredients. (1 serving)
- 1 cup of plant-based milk
- 1 espresso
- 1 scoop of Café Latte protein
- 1/2 tablespoon maple syrup or honey (adjust to taste)
Preparation.
- Heat the milk: In a small saucepan, heat 1 cup of non-dairy milk until hot, but not boiling. (or milk frother)
- Prepare the Espresso: Meanwhile, prepare 1 espresso.
- Mix: In a shaker, combine espresso, 1 scoop of Café Latte Protein, and 1/2 tablespoon of maple syrup (or honey).
- Whisk: Blend or shake until smooth and frothy.
- Assemble: Pour the mixture into a mug and gently add the hot milk on top.
