Ingredients for 7 cookie cream protein muffins
- 65g of plant-based protein. Cookie & cream.
- 45 g of almond powder
- 115g peanut butter
- 250 g of SSA applesauce
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 50g dark chocolate chips
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 50 g of soy milk
Preparation for chocolate protein muffins
- Mix together the Feed. plant protein , almond powder, yeast, cinnamon and vanilla.
- Add the applesauce, peanut butter, and chocolate chips. Mix well.
- Add the soy milk, mix well to obtain a smooth paste and pour the batter into muffin molds previously oiled with coconut oil.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
