Each pack is designed to provide you with all the micro and macro nutrients your body needs while limiting calorie intake. These meals are therefore rich in fiber and protein but low in calories and sugar. In addition, we use konjac in our recipes, an appetite-suppressing superfood.

This calorie deficit will allow you to see visible results quickly.

A calorie deficit occurs when you start a low-calorie diet plan.

You consume fewer calories than you burn. So, if you only consume 1400kcal per day but expend 1700, you will have a calorie deficit of 300 calories.

You can achieve a calorie deficit in two different ways: either by reducing your calorie intake or by exercising more (or both).

When it comes to lipids, it's advisable to avoid foods high in saturated fatty acids. In excess, these increase the risk of cardiovascular disease and can lead to elevated cholesterol. High-quality lipids such as unsaturated, omega-3, or omega-6 are best obtained through oilseeds, nuts, and oily fish.

Also think about appetite suppressant foods!

  • Chicken breast and other lean meats.
