Ingredients for 1 person
- 1 tablespoon of Feed. Vanilla plant-based protein.
- 1 cup oat flour
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1 cup of plant-based milk (almond, soy, oat, etc.)
- 2 tablespoons of maple syrup or honey
- 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
Preparation
- In a bowl, mix the oat flour, baking powder, salt and plant protein.
- Add the plant-based milk, maple syrup or honey, and olive oil. Mix well until you get a smooth paste.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and pour a small ladleful of batter to form each crepe.
- Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip the pancakes and cook them on the other side.
- Serve warm pancakes with fresh fruit and a drizzle of maple syrup for a protein-packed breakfast or snack.
