  • 1 cup oat flour
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 cup of plant-based milk (almond, soy, oat, etc.)
  • 2 tablespoons of maple syrup or honey
  • 1 tablespoon of coconut oil

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, mix the oat flour, baking powder, salt and plant protein.
  2. Add the plant-based milk, maple syrup or honey, and olive oil. Mix well until you get a smooth paste.
  3. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and pour a small ladleful of batter to form each crepe.
  4. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip the pancakes and cook them on the other side.
