  • 90g oat flakes (1 cup or 25cl)
  • 40 cl natural soy milk
  • 40g of plant-based protein. Vanilla.
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Preparing Protein Waffles

  1. Mix the oat flakes with the vegetable protein and baking powder
  2. Add the soy milk and mix
  3. Pour into the hot waffle iron.
  4. Cook as desired (more or less golden).
  5. Transfer to a dish and add the toppings of your choice (peanut butter, dark chocolate, fruit, etc.)
  6. Enjoy!
