Ingredients for 2-3 protein waffles
- 90g oat flakes (1 cup or 25cl)
- 40 cl natural soy milk
- 40g of plant-based protein. Vanilla.
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Preparing Protein Waffles
- Mix the oat flakes with the vegetable protein and baking powder
- Add the soy milk and mix
- Pour into the hot waffle iron.
- Cook as desired (more or less golden).
- Transfer to a dish and add the toppings of your choice (peanut butter, dark chocolate, fruit, etc.)
- Enjoy!
