Ingredients for a protein brownie (8 servings)
- 300 g SSA applesauce
- 280 g peanut butter
- 30 g low-fat cocoa powder
- 40 g of vegetable protein powder Feed. Choco. Hazelnut.
- ½ tsp baking soda
- Maple syrup or coconut sugar (as you prefer, but keep it reasonable)
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- In a salad bowl, mix all the dry ingredients together.
- Then add the compote, peanut butter and sugar.
- Pour into the mold and bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out almost dry.
- Let cool before slicing.
