  • 300 g SSA applesauce
  • 280 g peanut butter
  • 30 g low-fat cocoa powder
  • 40 g of vegetable protein powder Feed. Choco. Hazelnut.
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • Maple syrup or coconut sugar (as you prefer, but keep it reasonable)

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. In a salad bowl, mix all the dry ingredients together.
  3. Then add the compote, peanut butter and sugar.
  4. Pour into the mold and bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out almost dry.
  5. Let cool before slicing.
