Chocolate Protein Cookie Ingredients
• 50 g of powdered hazelnuts,
• 25g of Feed. chocolate hazelnut protein powder,
• 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder,
• 45 ml of almond milk,
• 25 g of chocolate without added sugar,
• 15 g of chocolate chips.
Preparation of chocolate protein cookies
- Mix the Feed. protein powder , yeast and hazelnut powder,
- Melt the chocolate with the almond milk, then add it to the mixture,
- Finish the preparation by adding the chocolate chips,
- On a baking sheet, place a sheet of baking paper and make small piles with your preparation,
- Add chocolate chips to your cookies and bake for 15 minutes at 180°C.
