How to succeed in your treatment?
First of all, thank you for joining the OKR Light adventure. For almost 5 years, we've been working hard to develop our Light cures to make them ever more delicious, enjoyable, and effective. Your success is at the heart of our motivations, which is why we're constantly optimizing our products to promote your success. More and more of you are joining us, and this encourages us to do even more so that you can achieve all your goals.
Reading this little booklet to the end is one more way to put all the odds in your favor! It will allow you to understand everything about the OKR Light Cures before you get started. These 5 minutes of reading can change everything. Sometimes the most beautiful transformations are just a few small tricks.

10 golden rules to put all the chances on your side
Drink plenty of water!
All sugar-free drinks are permitted: tea, coffee, etc. However, fruit juices and soda should be avoided; they add a lot of unnecessary calories to your day. For the same reasons, alcohol should also be limited. Sugar-free sodas are tolerated.
Adapt smoothly.
Adjusting to a new diet takes about 3 days. During this time, you can enjoy healthy snacks (see next page) in case you get hungry.
Eat at fixed times.
Setting a time for your evening OKR will allow you to eat before you're hungry. The longer you wait, the more tempted you'll be to indulge. Make your evening OKR a regular occurrence.
In case of eating out.
No worries! Although we recommend replacing breakfast and dinner with the OKR Light meal, it's important to maintain maximum flexibility. If you have to eat out, replace the first two meals of the day with an OKR Light meal. You can even have a healthy snack in the afternoon to avoid overindulging in the evening.
And for the little cravings?
If you feel peckish between meals, try healthy snacks. See the next page for some examples.
Forget the scale!
Getting slimmer doesn't necessarily mean losing weight. Not all changes are necessarily visible on the scale. So, there's no point in weighing yourself every day! Plus, overnight fluctuations can be misleading, but they're only due to your fiber intake or hydration. Weighing yourself once a week, or even every two weeks, is more than enough to see real changes.
Favor protein during free meals.
Proteins have a strong satiating power, so they are ideal for free meals. You'll find them in meat, fish, eggs, and many other plant-based foods, which are also rich in fiber and enhance the feeling of fullness.
Sugar: enemy number 1
Sugar calls for sugar and triggers hunger! Unfortunately, it's found in more and more foods, even savory ones. Moreover, its hyper-insulinemic nature promotes fat storage.
Don't shop on an empty stomach.
It's very difficult to resist temptation on an empty stomach. Walking through the supermarket aisles hungry is a terrible idea and is guaranteed to leave with far more food (often fatty and sugary) than you need. Similarly, emptying your cupboards of all temptations is the best way to resist them.
Prepare your OKR meals well
A poorly stirred powdered meal or one with too much water is a sure way to be disappointed! Carefully follow the instructions and directions for use in this booklet and on all our packaging.
My OKR Light Day
Replacing two meals daily with meal replacement shakes helps with weight loss. (Replacing one meal daily with a meal replacement shake helps maintain weight after weight loss.)
During your treatment, make sure you eat a varied and balanced diet and do not only eat OKR meals. Drink water regularly and in sufficient quantities (1.5L to 2L per day – excluding tea, coffee and herbal teas).
Free Meal Guide
To get the most out of your treatment and maximize results, your free meal plan should be as balanced as possible without becoming a nightmare to prepare. Nothing is off-limits! All foods have their place in a balanced diet, provided they are in the right proportions.
Here are some pointers to keep in mind:
- At least half of the plate is occupied by vegetables (green, red, orange... vary the colors!) These vegetables can be eaten as desired, raw or cooked.
- A quarter of the plate is made up of one or more sources of protein (white meat, lean fish or legumes, which are also very rich in protein)
- The last quarter can be made up of starchy foods (preferably whole grains) but you can also replace them with more vegetables to reduce the calorie intake.
A little extra tip: limit your fat and sugar intake as much as possible (especially when it comes to dessert). Opt instead for a plain dairy product or fruit.
And if I get a little peckish!
Snack healthily with permitted foods.
If you feel a bit peckish between OKR Light meals, we've prepared a selection of ingredients you can eat without feeling guilty, especially while you adjust to your new eating routine.

Fruits are full of vitamins but are also high in sugars. They should therefore be consumed sparingly and raw, hard fruits (like those listed above) should be preferred.

OKR Healthy Snacks
Stay in great shape and treat yourself without disrupting the balance of your treatment thanks to the ultra-healthy OKR snack. Concrete, ZERO-guilt solutions that are better than advice that is too complicated to follow.
OKR snacks provide very little sugar but above all a lot of fiber and protein for healthy breaks and appetite suppressants for several hours.
