Accompany each Feed. Light Meal with a large glass of water to activate the Konjac and fiber present in the bar. For optimal effect, replace one to two meals per day with a Feed. Light meal. During the summer months, you can keep your bars in the refrigerator to preserve the chocolate's crunch.
