What is your typical day with OKR?

A dancer since the age of 6, he is a multiple French boogie-woogie champion, a multiple French lindy-hop champion, and a multiple medalist in European and world championships.

9 a.m. – In the morning, I make myself a fairly substantial breakfast before heading out to training. Typically, I have 1 coffee, 4 slices of bread with OKR spread sandwiched around, and 1 banana. I eat a lot of fruit, regardless of the time.

10 AM to 1 PM – I spend the morning working out. My workout schedule varies greatly depending on my projects. I can dance up to 6 hours a day during filming, but it's usually around 4.

11 a.m. – I take a break to refuel with 1 OKR bar or 1 OKR SPORT shake. I have a super fast metabolism and I need a lot of calories to avoid losing weight with all the exercise I do.

1 p.m. – We have lunch as a team. It's a chance to relax and have a laugh. As for the menu, sandwiches, sushi... We have it delivered, so it changes every day.

3 p.m. – Back to training. Again, it all depends on the season. During filming, I work on my movements when I'm not on set. The rest of the time, I focus on strength training to avoid wasting weight and, above all, to ensure I'm confident in my lifts.

5 p.m. – Snack break with 1 OKR SPORT shaker and 1 piece of fruit. These OKR snacks allow me to complete 3 shows in a day without feeling too stressed. I prefer the coffee powder and the banana sport powder. 6 p.m. – End of training day. It's time to take a breather and enjoy my free time.

8 p.m. – I make myself “dinner.” I have absolutely no idea how to cook, so it always ends up as pasta or rice.

I don't replace my meals with OKR, I really use it as a complement. I like to eat; meals are important; it's a friendly moment, but it's not enough for my rhythm. OKR is between meals. Depending on the context, I use different products. When traveling, I prefer bars, when training, shakers because I have more time. I have noticed a real change since I have been consuming OKR My energy is stable and I no longer lose weight, which is a huge advantage for me.
