Yes! Your subscription to one or more products begins the day you place an order on the website. Each subscription is delivered separately. We invite you to contact customer service (service.clients@okr.fr) to consolidate deliveries related to your subscriptions.
And thus make a gesture for the environment by limiting cardboard packaging.
What are the delivery terms?
Standard delivery is free for purchases over €70.
For orders under €70, delivery costs depend on the destination country. Delivery to France costs €7.90.
You can have your subscription products delivered to your home or office. Delivery to a collection point is currently not possible. You can change your delivery address directly in your customer area. Select the one of your choice as the default delivery address. If you would like to have your order delivered to a different country, please contact us and we will make the change for you.
You can change the frequency of your subscription directly in your customer area.
