In this recipe, more than 35g of protein per serving. 💪
Ingredients. 1 serving.
1 cup of plant-based milk
1 espresso
1 scoop of Café Latte protein
1/2 tablespoon maple syrup or honey (adjust to taste)
Preparation. 5 min.
In a small saucepan, heat 1 cup of non-dairy milk until hot, but not boiling. (or milk frother)
Meanwhile, prepare 1 espresso.
In a shaker, combine the espresso, 1 scoop of Café Latte Protein, and 1/2 tablespoon of maple syrup (or honey).
Blend or shake until smooth and frothy.
Pour the mixture into a mug and slowly add the hot milk on top.
